Enhances the sound of wild shiny encounters

The original version was a high Hz noise, but for those of us lacking hearing - low Hz noises are usually more pronounced. I was afraid I would miss wild shinies for not hearing the noise, so I merged 'shiny' and 'poisoned' together for louder sound.
