Crash [Indev 0.49.1] Loss of Party After Battle Crash

#1
Game crashes whenever I go into a wild battle or against a trainer.

What I expected to happen:
After beating a hiker, I expected to still have my Pokemon...

What actually happened:
After battling a hiker in Route 33 (just before Azalea Town), the following happened:
  1. I lost all my Pokemon in my party.
  2. The 'Pokemon' option disappeared from the start menu altogether
  3. I no longer have a Pokemon following me.
  4. I crash whenever I get into a battle.

Extra info: This was my party: Cyndaquil, Gastly, Ratata, Metapod, Geodude, Egg.
