TestLevel (referred to as New Bark Town in-game) is a location within Pokémon 3D that is only accessible by editing the player.dat document in the Pokémon 3D file. This can be accomplished by editing their current location to be "testlevel.dat". Its purpose seems to be testing with elevation.
