Information

Skiploom is a Grass and Flying type Pokémon.

Skiploom evolves from Hoppip starting at level 18 and evolves into Jumpluff starting at level 27.

Skiploom is a green, spherical, dog-like creature with a large flower on its head with a white center and 8 petals. It has small red eyes. Like its pre-evolution, it relies on the wind to fly.
