Fixed tm PP glitch

    On 0 difficulty I taught headbutt to both my Quilava and Flaffy, both moves were placed in the second position, while using Headbutt(Normal) from one pokemon, I noticed the PP of the headbutt from the other pokemon was decreasing as well. They appear to be linked somehow
