Fixed [Indev 0.53] Player Versus Player Sudden Speed Increase

    When a player sends the request before a PvP match, his pokemon get significantly faster than normal for no reason. Really annoying, fix please.

    What I expected to happen:
    Starmie (31 ivs on speed, 252 evs on speed, timid nature) should hit faster than any Gengar, both lvl 50

    What actually happened:
    Gengar hits faster. Happened at least 4 times, so i would say no quick claw was involved. It wasnt a priority move from Gengar.
