Some of you might expire a crash when opening the Pokémon menu.
This because the game fetches the wrong texture when trying to display an egg.

I am uploading a 0.28.1 fix right now, it is ready in around 10 minutes.

Edit: 0.28.1 is there.

It contains no new story features but a really huge new feature for the whole game:
GameModes!

GameModes are basically mods for the game, you can change game rules, maps, scripts everything.

And for those who just want to play something, here you go. I made two GameModes to start off:
- Nuzlocke GameMode (Download)
- LostSilver GameMode (Download)

To download and install those, just click the link. Then, start the game with the new version 0.28 once. You will notice...

Days ago the Pokémon3D launcher got a major update cleaning up the code and the UI.

The settings window is redesigned and simplified and the download window got a progressbar showing the current download and extracting status along with percentage display.

Get the new version here: Pokémon3D Downloads.

Also, if your old launcher won’t update past 0.25, it is probably too old. You have to get the new one since we moved to a new server.

Pokémon3D is back with version 0.27 and new features all over the place.
Also, there’s a new launcher available.

EDIT: Updated to version 0.27.1 to fix two bugs.

Now let’s get to the changes and new features:
  • New lightning engine (in development, but is nearly finished) - Disable with F4.
  • New Pokédex mode - Habitat mode. Switch around in the Pokédex using the arrow keys.
  • National Park and gates.
  • Overhauled complete music pack to make it loop better.
  • Placeholder abilities
  • All attacks implemented. Most are placeholders though and don’t work properly. We will implement them step by step. PLEASE...
